Lime Trust is a Multi Academy Trust which was founded in 2015, which merged with Hornbeam Academy Trust in September 2019. The Lime Trust has grown from 4 to 7 Schools which are located in the following areas; Havering, Waltham Forest and Peterborough. The Trust is a mixture of both Primary and Special Schools including an Ofsted Outstanding Hospital & Home Tuition Service located in Whipps Cross Hospital in Waltham Forest.
Lime Academy Hornbeam is an all-through special schools with children with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND, pupil age range 2-19) and we are looking to recruit a Phase Leader for a fixed term period.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated phase leader from either April or September 2020, who can demonstrate excellent teaching and has the passion and ability to engage and motivate pupils in their learning, encouraging them to achieve their very best at all times.
If you are ambitious and are ready to be part of a leadership team that are passionate about bringing out the best in everyone and have the drive, ideas and high expectations needed to help improve the learning of our pupils, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
Working alongside the Head Teacher and other members of the school leadership team to lead, motivate, support and develop all staff, to secure and sustain excellent practice in teaching and learning across the school.
