SCHOOL BUSINESS MANAGER 

30-36 HOURS PER WEEK, 52 WEEKS PER YEAR.

Scale – PO3 points 32-35 (£36,711 – £39,774)

We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and high calibre School Business Manager to join our energetic and dynamic Senior Leadership Team. You will strategically plan and manage the school’s budget, oversee the school’s finance, HR, Health & Safety, ICT and other administrative systems. 

As part of the school’s Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key strategic role in linking strong financial management to the school improvement planning process. You will support other members of the senior leadership team to understand statutory policies and help to plan and implement initiatives, considering all the financial and other resource implications. 

You should be a well-qualified and experienced manager in administration. Candidates should hold a relevant NCSL School Business Management qualification (or be willing to undertake qualifications once in post), have previous experience of working as a School Business Manager or worked in school setting.
