Adult Learning Support Assistants – ESOL –  Pool Staff 

£10.64 - £11.74 per hour

X 5 Vacancies 

We would like to recruit additional LSA’s to support our Entry level ESOL learners.

The role is flexible part-time with hours available predominantly during the day, some evenings and weekends to support adults with identified additional needs in the classroom across various Waltham Forest Adult Learning Service centres.


Learning Support Assistants for ESOL (LSAs) in the pool work with individuals and/or small groups of adult learners who self-refer or who have been identified as requiring one-to-one or group support in the classroom.   Adult learners are all part-time and may attend classes for as few as two hours each week. 


Pool Staff must be available to work a minimum of half a day a week, on a regular basis each academic term.
