Mondays -Thursdays 9.45am – 4.45pm and Fridays 9.30 a.m. – 4.30 p.m.

Hours: 32.5 hours per week / 45.6 week contract (Term time only)

The Jenny Hammond Primary School are seeking to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic, experienced Receptionist/ Admin Assistant to provide clerical support in the main school office. The successful applicant will be organised, have good verbal and written communication skills and be competent in the use of  ICT including SIMS or an equivalent system. They should also be a team player who is flexible and able to multi-task in a calm patient and professional manner.

The post holder will have daily contact with pupils and staff in a very busy office and therefore must have the ability to relate effectively with all adults and young people.
