We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic teacher to join our team in January 2020 and teach Year 6.
All teachers benefit from:
- Ungraded observations with immediate developmental feedback

- A No Marking policy focused on feedback at the point of learning
- A firm commitment to reducing workload and ensuring a good work/life balance – planning for Reading & Writing is provided, we use Cornerstones Curriculum for our topics and Maths No Problem!
- Teachers have an ipad to use in class with a Prowise touch screen.
- Teachers have use of a laptop in and out of school.
The interview will include observing a lesson in your current setting where possible or inviting you to teach a lesson at Barn Croft. You will be joining a forward-thinking, professional and endlessly positive staff team who are supportive and challenging of each other in order to deliver the best possible outcomes for our wonderful pupils. We have high expectations of pupils and staff but believe that strong relationships and “can-do” mind-sets are the keys to working successfully together.
