
Team Manager (Permanence Team)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced team manager to lead our Permanence and post order team. We have taken the creative step of combining the 3 services to ensure consistency in management oversight.
Our focus for all Looked after Children is on their permanence through our innovative systemic group supervision. Your focus will be to ensure that those who are assessing connected persons, Special Guardians and Post Order team are supported to undertake that task, are trained and skilled to ensure that children’s needs are met and that a high-quality stable placement is a result. You will play an important role in driving the department’s objectives forward. You will work closely with child care teams towards improving the general outcomes of our Children and young people and their families. If you are passionate about children’s outcomes, this may be the job for you. Current team members are flexible, efficient and very supportive of each other.
You will be an HCPC registered social worker with direct experience of Adoption, Special Guardianship, and connected person and post-order services.
