Vacancy Description

We are looking for two heads of service to lead the operational delivery of our Revenues and our Benefits teams.  If you are ready for a new challenge and the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of Waltham Forest’ residents, this could be the role for you

You will be an experienced and skilled Revenues or Benefits manager with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.  You will also understand the complex issues affecting the service and possess the innovation, creativity and proficiency to ensure that the service meets its targets whist delivering continuous improvements and value for money.
