Part-Time Administrator / Receptionist 

SCHOOL: Chapel End Infants & Early Years Centre 

LOCATION: Based at Early Years Centre        

CONTRACT TYPE & SALARY DETAILS: 

Permanent Contract - 45.6 weeks a year / 22.5 hours per week.
Monday to Friday 8.30am until 1pm.
Scale 3 Point 5  £21,591 per annum, pro rata £11,801.75

Required from as soon as possible.

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and motivated person to work at the EYC front desk.  

The successful applicant will:

  • Have a good general education
  • Experience of working within an administrative / office setting
  • Work as part of our supportive and hard working team
  • Bring enthusiasm and creativity to the post and be committed to quality education and care
  • Demonstrate an understanding and commitment to inclusion
  • Ability to work on their own and time manage workload
  • Polite and professional telephone manner
  • Good levels of customer service
