Early Years Practitioner (Level 3)

Salary: Scale 6, Point 26 ; £25,746 pro rata  

Hours: 36 hrs pw, 52.14 weeks (Year Round) 

If you are a qualified Early Years Practitioner with leadership experience looking for a new opportunity then we would love to hear from you!

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Level 3 qualified Senior Early Years Practitioner, with a passion for working in Early Years. Knowledge or training in Forest School would be desirable. The candidate will be expected to be the Playscheme Leader, and therefore must be committed to working during the school holidays. The successful candidate will be driven to ensure that the children under their care develop and learn in a safe and supportive environment receive high quality education and care. You will be enthusiastic, hardworking and full of creative ideas and will work to provide rich and stimulating play experiences. Applicants must be able to work well within a team as well as on their own. Candidates will be expected to take responsibility for observing, planning, tracking and evaluating the learning and development of your key children and ensuring high standards of education and care in the setting.

Experience of managing other staff is essential.
