In February Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan named Waltham Forest the first London Borough of Culture.
The borough is growing and changing; it is culturally diverse and has a vibrant community, rich in culture and heritage. Winning London Borough of Culture is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Officer to join this exciting and ambitious programme.
The successful candidate will help develop the programme plan and as such get to know the programme inside and out and support its delivery.
Energy, enthusiasm and a passion for culture and events is paramount and sound knowledge and track record of projects and managing complex and diverse programmes. The job requires a team player who is highly organised in their approach, efficient at reporting to seniors, has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and has a track record in delivering excellent results.
