Senior Building Control Surveyors (x2)

Become part of our well respected team of Building Control Surveyors.  We are looking for experienced commercially focused individuals with a high level of self-motivation and substantial building regulation and experience  on complex construction projects. You will need to be an effective communicator, able to deal with developer negotiations, and be equally comfortable working independently or as a part of a team.

You should hold or be working towards a recognized professional qualification in Building Control, (IBC, ABE, RICS,) and / or have substantial experience of building regulations plans examination skills and site construction expertise through working in Building Control.
