Vacancy Description

An exciting opportunity has become available at Waltham Forest Adult Learning Service

for a Quality Support Officer to support and develop a range of quality processes. 

The person we are looking for will be self-motivated, have previous experience in an Ofsted graded good or better adult education environment supporting and developing continuous quality improvements, the ability to interpret data and maintain accurate records, the ability to plan and coordinate professional development activities. Be familiar with the handbook for inspecting further education and skills providers as part of the Common Inspection Framework, processes of Awarding Organisations, Matrix, and aspects of the Skills Funding Agency.


We are open to accepting applications for pro-rata term time only applicants.
