We are seeking to appoint an inspirational, dedicated and enthusiastic leader to the role of Assistant Headteacher.

The precise responsibilities of the role can be negotiated with the successful candidate.

The successful candidate will be:

  • An experienced leader with a proven record of managing change and raising achievement.
  • Someone who has high standards and expectations.
  • A figure of professional authority able to command the respect of pupils, staff, parents and governors.
  • Someone committed to our inclusive ethos.
  • Someone with the vision and drive to support the Headteacher in moving the school forward.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to be creative.
