Child Protection Conference Service Team Manager PO9

This will be the context that the new role of Team Manager for the Child Protection Conferencing Service will be working within. The person in this role will be responsible for leading and continuing to develop the strength-based conference model developed here.

You will be an experienced and skilled social work manager with a track record of managing children’s services or child protection conference services.
You will have the flexibility and confidence to transfer these skills to the Families at the Heart of Our Place approach in Waltham Forest.
