As part of the Council's Corporate Strategy, our Safe and Health Lives priority includes a commitment to High-Quality Homes.The postholder carrying out the surveyor function ensuring the application of robust mechanical and electrical maintenance standards in accordance with relevant statutory requirements and codes of Practise contract management involving liaison with the primary Miantenance and Electrical Contractor and other Contracts delivering maintenance services to the Council's 12000 units Housing stock
