Our ambition is that everyone in Waltham Forest enjoys a quality life. We have an outstanding leadership structure in place and dedicated staff who keep the Borough’s vulnerable and at risk population at the heart of everything we do.

Adult Review Team

As part of the ongoing development of services to our residents in Waltham Forest, an Adult Review Team was established in May 2020.

The Team sits within the Families Directorate, in Quality Assurance Service based at Waltham Forest Town Hall Complex. Jenny Clark is the team manager and Kathi Gittens is the Head of Service.

The Team are responsible for carrying out planned annual reviews, for the cared for and their carers; as well as completing the work that flows from the review.

We are looking for people to apply who, like us, are committed to focussing on the person, their strengths and the network available to them rather than solely assessing people for a service or eligibility. We are looking for practitioners who believe it is important to ensure people have choice and control over their lives and support needs.
