Grade: Up to £14 per hour depending on experience.

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic applicants to work in our Commercial & Innovation team. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled, quick-thinker, a willing team member and able to adapt to changing priorities daily.

We are looking for applicants who have experience in residential and commercial repairs, someone who can perform a range of repair duties including carpentry, painting and decorating, competency based electrical repairs, can prioritise busy work schedules and remain flexible with a level head when under pressure. You must be a confident communicator, able to liaise with internal colleagues and external clients.

A flexible approach to workload with the ability to work under your own initiative, forward thinking and can demonstrate a really solid handyman/reactive repairs experience.

The post holder will help support the Operations Team within Waltham Forest Services Ltd

You will report to the Operations Manager and work closely with other Teams, Services and coordinators.
