Woodside Primary Academy is a six form entry school and we are looking to employ an enthusiastic administrator to join our school office team. You will be based in the main school offices and will be an integral part of the smooth running of the school.

Our office administrators must be a strong communicator and have a good standard of spoken and written English.

To be considered for the role as School Administrator you MUST have:

  • Admin experience within a school environment
  • A working knowledge of school management systems to support and lead on the delivery of an area within:
  • Admissions
  • Pupil attendance
  • Data Management
  • Financial  programme
  • A proficient working knowledge of Microsoft programmes
  • Follow school policy and procedures

You will also be required to interact in a welcoming and friendly manner with our children, their parents, and school staff, and to be able to work as part of a team.
