Parkside has a well established After School Club that runs from 3.20 to 6.00 p.m. We currently have up to 50 children per evening

We are looking to appoint an experienced After School Club playworker to work alongside the playleader to continue to provide a first class service for our pupils.

The successful applicant will have experience of working in a team, supervising the children interacting with parents, providing appropirate activities , encouraging co-operation and assisting with the provision of healthy snacks.  The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic and have the ability to work with children with a wide range of social and cultural backgrounds.

You will assist the After School club leader in supervising children, providing appropriate activities, encouraging co-operation, securing their safety, monitoring their well being and ensuring good behaviour.

The working hours will be Monday from 3.00 – 6.00p.m.term time only

The candidates must be willing to undertake any other training that may be necessary for the post.
