To deliver high quality 1st line system support to School Business Managers and other relevant business staff in maintained schools across Waltham Forest. To accurately record, collate and analyse call logs and query data for use in identifying training needs, developing capacity and reducing schools financial and business risks.

Waltham Forest’s Life Chances Commission Report ‘Enabling young people to thrive’ outlined the Council’s commitment to ensuring that challenges arising over the next decade that may prevent children and young people succeeding are addressed and practical solutions found. The Education Business Effectiveness Service supports maintained schools in Waltham Forest to secure and maintain financial sustainability to ensure high quality education continues to be delivered to all children and young people in Waltham Forest.

We are looking for two highly skilled system analysts who will deliver high quality 1st line system support to School Business Managers and other relevant business staff in maintained schools across Waltham Forest.

The successful candidates will be highly skilled in HCSS Access, SIMS software and other schools finance software. They will be dynamic, efficient and motivated individuals with a strong commitment to excellent customer service delivery.
