Vacancy Description


The team that collects rent from homeless households in Temporary Accommodation is looking for a candidate to work on income maximisation and rent collection across tenures.

To be successful in these roles you will need to be experienced in income maximisation and collection and have good IT skills and mathematical abilities. You will need to be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide range of residents, some of whom will be particularly vulnerable.  You will also be required to keep accurate records and organise your work to meet targets.
