George Mason Lodge, Leytonstone - Care home for older people with physical and sensory disabilities, cognitive impairment and people living with dementia related conditions

Posts Available: 

1 x 20 hours Day Care Assistant


Mapleton Road, Chingford - Care home for older people and people  with physical and sensory disabilities, cognitive impairment and people living with dementia related conditions

Posts Available: 

2 x 28 hr Day Care Assistant

Alliston House, Walthamstow - Care home for older people and people with physical and sensory disabilities, cognitive impairment and people living with dementia related conditions

Posts Available: 

2 x 21 hr Day Care Assistant 

All services are rated as GOOD at the last inspection by the Care Quality Commission and are aspire to be Outstanding.

Working Pattern: Between 7:00am and 9:00pm

Applicants should be qualified to a minimum of QFC/NVQ level 2/3 for the Night Care Assistant posts.  Candidates must demonstrate that they have the ability to read and write in English and be prepared to undertake a written test and demonstrate basic IT skills.

You must be able to work in line with CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards and the national and local strategy, whilst also remaining accountable for ensuring that you provide a safe, effective and quality service for those who use our service.

Regardless of your position in the team you will be able to rise to the challenges of self-motivation, teamwork and commitment to the people of Waltham Forest whom we serve.
