Vacancy Description

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within the London Borough of Waltham Forest  to meet the Council’s aim of; improving residents’ life chances and preventing homelessness within the Borough.


You will act as a vital resource that provides information, advice and guidance about the wide variety of housing options and services that are in place to help and support our residents to maintain their existing homes and provide them with the tools to resolve any housing difficulties.


In this role you will work with a wide range of stakeholders including colleagues from across the Council, health services, other statutory and voluntary sector agencies.


You will have a history of having worked within the area of housing, have strong partnership working and communications skills. You will have excellent IT skills, while your ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data will be central to your ability to deliver continuous improvements in our services to prevent homelessness within Waltham Forest.


The successful candidate must hold a valid and clean driving licence, be fit and healthy and willing to work from a variety of locations within the borough.
