We are looking for a driven and experienced team leader to manage a team of assessment officers.   If you are ready for a new challenge in a forward-thinking service, where innovation and processing automation are encouraged then this could be the role for you.

You will be an experienced and skilled benefits team leader with a proven track record in performance management, have a detailed knowledge of the relevant legislation; and a keen interest in motivating and developing staff to achieve service improvements.  You will focus on improving performance in an already high performing service area whilst also concentrating on maximising subsidy.
