Reception Class Teacher

George Tomlinson Primary is a three form entry community school set in the heart of Leytonstone, a stone’s throw away from the tube and with easy access into the heart of London on the Central line. Our recently extended school site is modern, clean and bright with an outstanding EYFS facility including large outdoor space and resources. At George Tomlinson we believe that all children deserve outstanding quality first teaching that is supported by excellent curricular opportunities and extended services that nurture and engage children. We want to inspire brilliance in a stable and safe environment through creative practice. We want our pupils to feel that when it comes to aspirations the sky is the limit and to prepare them fully for life at secondary school and beyond. Our Early Years provision prides itself for its child centred approach and attractive, continuous provision. We believe that young children learn best through play, whilst they are highly motivated and engaged.
