Waltham Forest Housing is looking for new Housing Officers.
Based in the borough of Waltham Forest, you will be managing patch areas consisting of around 800-1000 properties with work duties including but not limited to estate management, sign ups, tenancy audits, managing ASB cases, liaising with key partners, attending multi agency meetings, responding to formal complaints, working closely with internal departments, producing reports.
