We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Midday Assistant to join our friendly team and play an important role in supporting pupils during lunchtime.

Our motto, "Respect yourself, respect others," is central to our school community. As a Midday Assistant, you will model and promote this ethos, helping pupils to develop positive relationships, good manners and respect for one another.
The Role
As a Midday Assistant, you will work as part of a dedicated team to ensure that lunchtime is safe, enjoyable and well organised.
You will:
- Supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground and other lunchtime areas.
- Encourage positive behaviour and support pupils in following school expectations.
- Assist children during mealtimes and promote healthy eating habits.
- Help organise and facilitate constructive play activities.
- Support pupils in resolving minor disagreements and encourage positive friendships.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils throughout the lunchtime period.
- Respond appropriately to accidents and incidents, following school procedures.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to support pupils' welfare and inclusion.
- Promote a positive, caring and respectful atmosphere across the school.
