Little Learners Nursery Group is looking for a friendly and proactive Admissions Co-ordinator to join our team and play a key role in creating a smooth, positive experience for children and parents from first enquiry through to enrolment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys working in a warm, child-focused environment. As our Admissions Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for many families helping them feel informed, reassured and excited about joining our nursery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to parent enquiries
- Arrange nursery show-arounds
- Manage applications & waiting lists
- Prepare offer letters & documentation
- Update systems and records
- Coordinate settling-in sessions
- Provide accurate information about fees, funding and availability
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has strong admin & organisational skills
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Has experience in a nursery or childcare setting
- Has Knowledge of Early Years funding
- Has an understanding of occupancy planning and ratios
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and applicants must be willing to undergo Child Protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Criminal Records Bureau. References will be taken up before interviews are offered.
