We have an opportunity for a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to join our fantastic Highams Park staff body. This candidate needs to have previous administrative experience.
The ideal candidate will be required to meet the person specification and carry out the responsibilities laid out in the job description. We expect a strong commitment to ensuring students receive their entitlement to careers education.
Highams Park School is a very successful co-educational 11-18 mixed Academy comprehensive school, hosting 1,600 students. There is a strong culture of careers being implemented from key stage 3 and a great achievement in the 6th Form, with over 80% of Year 13 students progressing onto University at their end of their Level 3 courses.
With the increasing demands placed on schools to provide a more rigorous careers programme, it is vital that the person applying for the post holds the experience to support with enriching students experiences and pathways.
