The Governors of Kelmscott School are seeking to appoint a motivated, caring and enthusiastic colleague to join our well-established and supportive SEND department. The successful candidate will be a committed and adaptable Teaching Assistant who can provide high-quality, inclusive support to a range of students with additional needs, both in the classroom and through targeted interventions. They will be able to build positive relationships with young people, encourage engagement and independence, and work effectively as part of a collaborative team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a nurturing SEND provision, alongside access to a structured and supportive programme of continued professional development, designed to build confidence, skills and future career pathways.
