Salary (Points 16-21) £34,488 TO £37,134 FTE (Pro Rata £30,835 to £33,201
36 hours per week, (Term Time plus 1 week)
The Governors of Holy Family Catholic School are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to join us as Administrative Manager. We are seeking an organised, proactive and highly professional Administration Manager to lead the school’s administrative functions and front office services.
This is a key operational role, responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the school office, line management of the administration team, and the oversight of administrative systems including student records, attendance, admissions and general administration, GDPR and Health & Safety compliance.
Working closely with the Business Director and senior leaders, you will ensure efficient processes, high standards of service, and a welcoming environment for students, staff, parents and visitors.
The successful candidate will:
- Have proven experience in a senior administrative or office management role
- Demonstrate strong organisational and leadership skills
- Be confident managing confidential information and compliance requirements
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be committed to safeguarding, equality and the ethos of the school
