We are looking for a proactive Apprentice Facilities Management Supervisor to help keep our shared and complex site running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our experienced Site Manager—shadowing, learning, and developing your skills with a clear pathway for progression.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of school facilities and site safety
  • Deputising for the Site Manager and covering split shifts as needed (including Site Manager holidays)
  • Coordinating with contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • Helping us maintain our commitment to sustainability and excellent site standards
  • Learning on the job and undertaking a recognise qualification meeting the requirements of the provider for the funding.
