
Facilities Management Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive Facilities Management Supervisor to help keep our shared and complex site running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our experienced Site Manager—shadowing, learning, and developing your skills with a clear pathway for progression.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the day-to-day management of school facilities and site safety
- Deputising for the Site Manager and covering split shifts as needed (including Site Manager holidays)
- Coordinating with contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Helping us maintain our commitment to sustainability and excellent site standards
