We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant, who has experience of working in a childcare setting to join the team at Sybourn Primary School.
As one of our classroom based Learning Support Assistants (LSA) your main role is to work with the Class Teacher to support access to learning for all pupils, encouraging them to act independently and provide positive reinforcements, praise and reward.
