We are looking to recruit a team of bank staff to support in the nurseries on an ad hoc basis as and when cover is required. You would work with our babies (Aged 1-2 years) and toddlers (Aged 2-3 years). You could hold a level 1,2 or 3 qualification in childcare, but this is not essential.
This role is very flexible and can be fitted around studies working school holidays or around childcare working term times. Shifts could be mornings, afternoons or lunch cover.
You will:
- Provide the children with a safe, secure and home like environment
- Have a working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Plan, organise and implement a programme of activities to meet the needs of this age group and each individual child’s needs and interests
- Work as part of a highly motivated and professional team
- Be committed to providing first class childcare
