Register Manager PO7
Our Short Breaks and Children's Home provisions need a passionate/focused/robust Registered Manager.
Applicants must demonstrate leadership to a group of experienced and excited key workers and work with highly supportive and caring senior managers.
This will include establishing and maintaining firm boundaries whilst being resilient, clear, and consistent. They will also be required to put the needs of children and their families at the centre of decision-making to drive positive outcomes and ensure individual children and young person's needs are prioritised.
