This is an incredibly unique opportunity to lead a local school during the next stage of its development as it moves into new state of the art buildings.  Highams Park is a well-respected, successful and popular 11-18 fully comprehensive single Academy Trust (1500 on roll). The forward thinking and supportive Board of Trustees are now seeking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated and collaborative leader.  They must be committed to ensuring students and staff have the opportunity to achieve their personal best both educationally and morally.
