This role will support our Employment Business and Skills services and emerging plans for Business and Jobs Recovery. We are seeking someone with extensive financial management skills and experience to monitor payroll and budgets across a large and complex adult learning service.  The diverse duties are wide-ranging and varied and require flexible working, including some evening and weekend work.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience include:

  • Extensive knowledge managing funded programmes eg Adult Education Budget, European Union Funding Regimes (e.g. ESF, ERDF, Community Initiatives) economic regeneration and other funding streams.
  • In-depth knowledge researching, collecting, collating, recording, verifying, analysing and presenting complex data.
