We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced Receptionist/Administrator. The person appointed will need to be flexible with high standards of customer care to take responsibility for the provision of Reception during school hours. You must have good communication skills at all levels encompassing the skills to greet visitors warmly and professionally, an excellent telephone manner and have proficient IT skills. You must also have experience of working effectively on your own initiative and under pressure and able to multi-task. 

The post holder will have daily contact with pupils, parents and staff and therefore must have the ability to relate effectively to all adults and young people.
