Whitefield Academy Trust, located in Waltham Forest, comprises of Joseph Clarke School; for children with a vision impairment and /or additional needs and Whitefield School; for pupils with complex needs including autism, learning difficulties and sensory and physical impairments.  

Working across the Trust, we harness the specialist expertise of all our teams in order to deliver an outstanding school experience which combines high standards of teaching and learning with excellent pastoral care.

The Role

We are looking to appoint a Team Administrator to work as part of our friendly executive administrative team, to provide a high quality and professional service to the Executive Team and administrative support to the Executive Assistant.  

 

You will need to have excellent I.T skills, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with senior members of the Trust and other staff members, and experienced in PR, marketing and communications

The role requires someone who can work on their own initiative as well multi-task, with a flexible and adaptable approach to the daily tasks.
