A new and exciting apprentice opportunity has risen in our ICT Service Desk team at Waltham Forest Council.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop a career in ICT operations while studying for a recognised qualification at level 3. You will also gain a good level and understanding of the inner workings of ICT department within a local authority.
You will have the opportunity to gain knowledge and understanding of the following specific areas:
- Windows 10
- Office 365
- Active Directory & Exchange Administration
- Security
- Azure, SCCM and Intune
- Application Support
- Customer Service & ITIL
- ICT operating procedures.
We are looking for dynamic, customer focussed people with a willingness to grow while taking responsibility for their learning and development. Be able to work independently and part of a team, have excellent communication skills with a desire to continue developing themselves and the service we provide.
